Data Deletion Instructions

Disconnecting Google or Meta

Disconnect the Google integration from the Performance page, or the Meta integration from Koppelingen, within UPNXT. Either action immediately and permanently deletes that provider's stored tokens from our database — this is not a soft-disable.

We use the LinkedIn Community Management API to publish customer-approved posts to the customer's LinkedIn Company Page, after OAuth consent from a Page administrator.

We store only the OAuth token and the name/ID of the Company Page.
We do not read or store personal data of LinkedIn members.
Disconnect LinkedIn in Koppelingen within UPNXT to immediately and permanently delete the stored tokens.
To request deletion of other data, email info@upinbusiness.nl from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.
LinkedIn data is not used for advertising or sales and is not shared with other customers.
You can also revoke access through LinkedIn settings under Permitted services, without signing in to UPNXT.

Deleting your UPNXT account or historical data

To request deletion of your UPNXT account, or of historical performance data retained from a Google/Meta connection, email info@upinbusiness.nl from the email address associated with your account. We will confirm the request and delete the data within 30 days.

Revoking access directly from the provider

You can also revoke UPNXT's access at any time directly from Google Account permissions or Facebook Business Integrations settings, without needing to sign in to UPNXT.
